Background
Our principal consultant Michael Nolder MSc has over 18 years experience in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of development lifecycles. As well as managing quality assurance and the testing of business system implementations. In addition, Mike has expertise in performing capability maturity appraisals based on the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integrated (CMMI), so he can assist you in setting your desired level of process capability.
Mike’s Master’s Degree is in Computer Based Information Systems. A certified PRINCE 2 Project Manager and ISEB certified Advanced Test Manager, Mike can provide expert support to your program to enable realisation of benefits and the meeting of the project budget and schedule. Mike is a member of the DSDM consortium and of the TMMI foundation.
